1 *Part of the charm and artistic value of handcrafted & hand finished jewellery is it could contain small marks and imperfections as opposed to mass produced machine items and are not necessarily an indication of flaws.*
2 All handmade pieces are unique and no two items are identical so please take it into consideration when placing a custom order based on previous designs.
3 All jewellery pieces comply with UK Hallmarking Laws and materials used are authentic and genuine.
All items are handcrafted in UK, London and most of them are MADE to ORDER, the processing time is from 2 to 4 weeks before shipping.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Custom-made orders can be made by contacting us via custom request, email or phone, please see our contact details on CONTACT page.
Custom-made orders take between 2-4 weeks to complete.
100% payment is required at the time of placing an order.
Please make sure your ring size is accurate before placing an order. If you need any help with sizing, we are happy to help, please ask.

Every effort will be made to replicate stones, supplied graphics and photos on previous designs.

FREE means you only pay the advertised prices and postage fees, there are no extra or hidden charges for this service and NO INTEREST CHARGE EITHER!
This is an ideal method for purchasing the more expensive item or items when you don’t have the money available in one payment.
We offer the option to pay up to 3 equal monthly payments that will total the full amount of the item or items including postage.
This will enable you to spread the payments and make it more affordable according to your budget.
The item will be made within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of full payment.
Layaway and payment plans are only available for full priced items and exclude any discounts, coupons or other sales events.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose the item or items you want to purchase and then contact us with your requirements! We will then work out a payment plan for you personally. The item or items will then be put on hold for you.
If you wish to pay sooner than scheduled or pay a greater amount on any payment, you can just let us know and we will adjust the remaining balance accordingly
All transactions are secure. It complies with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not pass on or sell your personal information to any third party.
We are the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to our online shop -
When you place an order from us, we will receive your name, delivery address and email address.
We will only use these details to process and deliver your order or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
If you send us a message using the contact form, we will receive your name and email address.
The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law.
We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
The circumstances in which we may share your data are:
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and we will securely store any data collected during that period.
We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years.
After this time we will delete your data from our records.

We will appreciate your positive feedback if you are happy with your item, in the event you are not totally satisfied with your purchase - please contact us as we will make every effort to resolve any issues you may have.
We strongly recommend checking your ring size at your local jewellery store before ordering your ring.
Ring size conversion is available widely on the internet and
here is one of the options:
Ordering the right size is your own responsibility.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We are happy to adjust the ring size or replace the ring where is possible.
We will charge £50.00 for the Re-size service where it is possible to re-size your ring.
Shipping charges and any International Taxes / Custom Duties are payable by customers for ring size exchanges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for any Ready-made items that are in stock and some Made to order pieces and the full refund will be given except Postage and Tax charges.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: (unless they arrive damaged or defective, the photo must be provided as proof):
We cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds on:
- Custom, Taylor Made or Personalised Items.
- Earrings for hygiene purposes.
- Any altered items by the third party company or another jeweller.
Unfortunately, while we are unable to offer Refund & Exchange for those items - we are happy to provide as many photos as you would like to see, so please ask any questions you may have, before placing the order.
All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging.
Prior to sending the package back, please contact us for information on how to ship the item back. Please ensure correct postage is applied and proof of postage is obtained.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are deemed as not in a sellable condition, damaged, altered, or used.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The item needs to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping charges and International Taxes are NOT included in refunds or exchanges.
ORDERS PROCESSING TIME, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most of our jewellery pieces are Made to Order.
Our order processing/making time is 5-10 working days before shipping. If your order is urgent please contact us as we always do everything possible to meet our customer's requirements.
UK FREE Standard shipping service is offered for Jewellery orders over £100.00.
International Express service is available to select at the checkout at the extra cost.
• Most of the UK orders are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed or Next working day special delivery service with tracking info provided.
• Most international orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service with tracking info provided.
Additional Global Express Tracked & Signed service with tracking info provided.
These services require a customer signature.
• Orders are dispatched within 3-5-10 working days ( depending on processing time ) after receipt of payment.
• Standard Delivery times vary depending on shipping location:
- UK - 1st Class Delivery - 2-3 working days.
- UK - Next Day Special Delivery - 1 working day.
- Europe - Standard service - 5 to 7 working days
- Rest of the world - Standard service - 5 to 10 working days.
- International Express FedEx Service - 2 - 5 working days.
All shipping services require a customer signature.
In the event when customer have missed the delivery and was unable to pick it from a local depot and as a result of the above the parcel have returned back to us - the shipping cost will be charged to re-post the item back to the customer.
• Payments of International Taxes & Duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please NOTE - NO Refund will be given on Orders in the event of refusal to pay Import Taxes and Duties.
JEWELLERY & GEMSTONES CARE
While precious metals and Gemstones Jewellery pieces can last a lifetime, they are not indestructible and should be treated with love and special care.
Each our product is a delicate piece of jewellery and due to our jewellery pieces being Handmade meaning that extra care should be taken during the wearing time.
As with any precious metal being a soft material, it can be susceptible to bumps, scratches, and dents.
If you choose to wear your jewellery whilst in the shower/bed/swimming/exercising/gardening/dressing and undressing/lifting heavy objects etc or treat the item in any way which is not in line with the original purpose for which it was designed, then it is agreed that you become responsible for any damage that may occur during these times.
Sterling Silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. The nature of Sterling Silver is that it can oxidise when it comes into contact with air and humidity, so Silver jewellery can be often prone to tarnishing.
This is not a fault and can be easily remedied. We recommend gently cleaning your silver jewellery with a specialised cleaning cloth and solution to restore its shine and keep it looking at its best.
To prevent Sterling Silver to tarnish - keep it in an air-tight plastic bag with an Anti-Tarnish strip. You can purchase the Anti-Tarnish strips in any local jewellery store.
To prevent your precious metals, gemstones and pearls from scratching and tarnishing, keep your jewellery in individual boxes or soft pouches.
Avoid contact with domestic cleaning products, cosmetic products, creams, soap, shampoo and hot water. The shine of your jewellery piece can be easily rectified by polishing with a specialist jewellery solution, spray and a soft cloth.
As most precious metals will see the surface damage when in contact with chlorinated water – it’s best to remove all jewellery when in the shower, bath or swimming pool.
Opal, sapphire, diamond or amethyst – all gemstones are precious. The rule of thumb in caring for gemstones applies to all - for a quick clean, wipe the stones with a soft cloth.
However, some gemstones need to avoid contact with soap, water and liquid cleaners as they can dull the radiant colour of gems and cause erosion - if you are unsure of what's best for your jewellery, please ask us.

Our business is operating as normal, but all International orders will be posted via Express FedEx shipping service to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.
